The trip includes the following:  

• Flights: from New York to Tel Aviv and back.
• Accommodations: in hotels, youth hostels, or guesthouses with two to four in a room. Rooms are air-conditioned, with bathroom en suite. This program also includes an outdoor camping experience at a licensed site, as well as the opportunity for teens to spend a free weekend with family or friends in Israel (by prior agreement and consent).  For those who don’t wish to make such arrangements, accommodations and meals are provided, along with supervision by one or more staff members.
• Transportation: licensed air-conditioned coaches throughout the program (excluding the free weekend when Israeli friends or family will be asked to pick up their teens from prearranged sites).
• Israeli staff: tour educator, armed chaperone/medic.
• Food: three kosher meals a day. We  try to accommodate special dietary needs.
• Health insurance: includes medication and hospitalization if necessary (does not include dental treatment, treatment for drug abuse or preexisting conditions). Liability coverage up to $25 million.
• Full educational program: includes entry fees, guest speakers, and all activities.
• Contact: 24/7 telephone contact with group counselor or JMI operations director while teens are in Israel. Two mobile phones with the group at all times, one of which has international service.
• Laundry service: provided twice during the trip.

• Passport or visa fees (all passports must be valid for at least six months following entry to Israel).
• Transfer from the teens' homes to the place of departure, whether it be the local airport or JCC meeting place.
• Tips for guide and drivers, at $3 per day per student. This money should be presented at the end of the trip in cash by the staff.
• Drinks, refreshments, and gifts purchased during free time.
• Travel insurance/luggage insurance.
